Business Operations Associate
Work to build humanity’s future in space — enable people to go to the moon, Mars, and beyond. Made In Space, Inc. is developing breakthrough manufacturing technologies for space and terrestrial spin-offs. Our goal: radically change the way we do space missions today by building everything you need for space, in space.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
+ Working closely with the business operations team on day-to-day
+ Scheduling and calendar management
+ Reception and mail distribution
+ Regular and consistent travel booking
+ Tracking of legal documents and timelines
+ Flexibility to work evenings/weekends on quick turnaround deadlines
+ Highly detail-oriented
+ Capable of working in a paperless office
+ Tech savvy
+ Takes initiative to stay ahead of impending events and deadlines
+ Very strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excitement about a startup environment
+ Requires minimal supervision
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and cloud-based storage
+ Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
+ 3-5+ years of experience
Preferred Skills And Experience:
+ Strong background in travel booking
+ Office management experience
+ Legal assistant experience strongly preferred
+ 5+ years of experience
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
