Mindy Samaroo is the Business Operations Manager of Made In Space, Inc. (MIS).
In this role, Samaroo oversees day-to-day facility operations, facility management, and resource planning. Samaroo is responsible for maintaining operational cadence and promoting healthy company culture and positive employee engagement. Samaroo oversees the company’s operational plan to create synergy between organizational design and cross-functional management to drive long term business sustainability, build relationships, and support the company’s strategic vision.
As Business Operation Manager, Samaroo led the operational planning and managed the development of the company’s newly renovated 19,000 sq. foot headquarters in Jacksonville, FL which was announced in January 2020. Samaroo possesses more than 11 years of extensive operations experience and is spearheading continuous improvement in efficient operational procedures and sustainable solutions to support the company’s growth.
Samaroo joined Made In Space in 2017 from Burberry’s Americas Headquarters where she most recently served as Business Operations Manager. In this role, Samaroo managed all maintenance, special projects, store openings and closings, renovations, health and safety/risk, and sustainability initiatives for over 45 retail locations nationwide. Previously, Samaroo managed facilities and operations at LVMH Corporate Headquarters.
